Roasted Garlic Parmesan Red Wedge Potatoes

| Butter, melted |

| Garlic, minced |

| Parmesan Cheese, grated |

| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 450ºF. Melt butter in a saucepan and add garlic.
- Add potato wedges to an ungreased half-sheet pan. Pour butter and garlic mixture over potatoes.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and add parmesan cheese.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
