Roasted Garlic Parmesan Red Wedge Potatoes

Ingredient Amount
Northern Star or Farm Fresh Quartered Red Skin Wedges 10 lbs
Butter, melted 1 cup
Garlic, minced 2 T
Parmesan Cheese, grated 12 oz

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Melt butter in a saucepan and add garlic.
  2. Add potato wedges to an ungreased half-sheet pan. Pour butter and garlic mixture over potatoes.
  3. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and add parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
