Roasted Potatoes with Bacon

| Northern Star or Farm Fresh Whole Peeled Potatoes, cut in half |

| Bacon, sliced |
2 lbs |
| Sesame Seeds |

| Fresh Parsley, chopped |
1/4 cup |
| Scallion, sliced |
10 each |
| Butter |
1 cup |
| Garlic, minced |
2 T |

| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Cook bacon until crisp. Drain the bacon on paper towels and crumble or cut into small pieces.
- In large bowl, add potatoes, bacon, parsley, scallions, sesame seeds and oil. Toss and place in large ungreased roasting pan.
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
