Seasoned Mashed Potatoes

Ingredient Amount
Northern Star or Farm Fresh Hearty Cut Potatoes 10 lbs
Milk 3 cups
Butter or Margarine 1 cup
Salt 2 T
Black Pepper 1 T

Directions
  1. Divide 10 lbs. of potatoes in two large pots and add one gallon of water to each pot.
  2. Cook on high for 35 to 45 minutes. Drain water.
  3. In a Hobart mixer, add potatoes, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Mix on setting 1 until smooth, about 5 minutes.
