Seasoned Mashed Potatoes

| Directions |
- Divide 10 lbs. of potatoes in two large pots and add one gallon of water to each pot.
- Cook on high for 35 to 45 minutes. Drain water.
- In a Hobart mixer, add potatoes, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Mix on setting 1 until smooth, about 5 minutes.
