| Northern Star or Farm Fresh Hash Brown Potatoes |

| Parmesan or Romano Cheese, shredded |

| Pancetta Bacon, medium dice |

| Onion, fine dice |

| Red Bell Pepper, fine dice |
2 oz |
| Basil, fine chop |
2 T |
| Granulated Garlic |
1/2 T |
| Salt and Pepper |
to taste |
| Melted Butter or Alternative |
6 oz |

| Directions |
- In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour half of the butter on a preheated grill and top with the potato mixture. Drizzle the remaining butter on top.
- Grill until golden brown.
