| Directions |
- Dice chicken breast into 1/8-inch pieces.
- Cook chicken over medium heat for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Add Fajita seasoning. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Deep fry home fries in deep fryer at 375ºF for 4 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Place layer of fried potatoes on plate. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and pour salsa over cheese sauce. Sprinkle lettuce over salsa. Layer chicken, tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, and black olives over lettuce.
- Place 2 Tbsp. of sour cream in middle.
