| Mexican Spice Blend |

| Tomato Paste |

| Butter or Alternative |

| Salt and Pepper |

| Directions |
- In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the butter.
- Pour 1/2 of the butter on preheated grill and top with the potato mixture. Drizzle the remaining butter on top.
- Grill until golden brown.
