Smokey Ancho Chili Hash Browns

Ingredient Amount
Northern Star or Farm Fresh Hash Brown Potatoes 72 oz (4 1/2 lb)
Onions, fine dice 4 oz
Ancho Chili Powder 1 1/2 T
Smoked Paprika 1 1/2 T
Green Chilies, canned dice 2 oz
Mexican Spice Blend 1 T
Tomato Paste 1 1/2 oz
Butter or Alternative 4 oz
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the butter.
  2. Pour 1/2 of the butter on preheated grill and top with the potato mixture. Drizzle the remaining butter on top.
  3. Grill until golden brown.
