- Thaw biscuits at room temperature for approximate.10 minutes, cut biscuits into 1-inch pieces and place in the bottom of greased 2-inch half hotel pan and set aside.
- Heat butter in nonstick pan over medium heat until melted.
- Add the onion and cook over medium heat until tender.
- Add the garlic and spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk and seasonings in large bowl.
- Stir in the cooked vegetables and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and top with remaining cheese.
- Cover and allow to soak in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator approximately 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake in preheated 350° Convection Oven for 40-50 minutes, loosely covered with foil, or until the eggs are firm and the top is slightly golden brown. Internal temperatures should reach 165° or higher.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into 12 portions.
