Ingredients

Brandy, your preferred brand or variety
4 oz
Vanilla simple syrup
1 oz
Garnish with grated nutmeg

Directions

  1. Prechill two coupe glass in freezer or with iced water.
  2. Prepare bar shaker by filling with ice.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  5. Strain mixture into secondary shaker.
  6. Place empty pint glass over filled shaker and shake again for 30 seconds.
  7. Pour into prechilled coupe glasses using fine mesh strainer.
  8. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
