Ingredients

Pan-Seared Butter-Basted Salmon
4 oz
Lemon-Herb Pan Sauce
2 Tbsp.
Optional Add-ons: Greek Yogurt dollop, Harissa Oil Drizzle, Wilted Spinach or arugala, Jammy Eggs

Directions

  1. Spoon crispy harissa-spiced diced potatoes into a bowl
  2. Place the butter basted salmon on top the diced potatoes
  3. Create a lemon herb pan sauce from the cooked salmon pan
  4. Drizzle over lemon herb pan sauce over the salmon and potatoes
  5. Choose various add-ons based on preference
