Black pepper

Ranchero sauce
3 Tbsp.
Avocado, fresh, sliced

Toasted brioche buns

Jalapeno, fresh, sliced, optional garnish

Directions

  1. Form patties, season with salt and pepper, and grill or pan-sear until desired doneness.
  2. Cook sunny-side up so the yolk stays runny—this is key for that huevos rancheros vibe.
  3. Start with base toasted bottom bun.
  4. Add avocado slices.
  5. Place the burger patty.
  6. Top with the fried egg.
  7. Spoon ranchero sauce over the fried egg.
  8. Close with the top bun.
