- Preheat Oven: Preheat Griddle or sauté pan to 375°F-400 °F
- Place potatoes on a preheated and oiled (1/8 cup) grill.
- Pour additional 1/3 cup of vegetable oil on the top of the potatoes.
- Allow potatoes to cook, undisturbed, until bottom shreds are golden brown (3-6 minutes).
- Flip potatoes and fry for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Move cooked hash browns to serving dish.
- Top with additional ingredients starting with the heated, prepared Birria beef and ending with a drizzle of Mexican Crema.
