Loaded Mashed Potato Flatbread

Servings:  1 Flatbread

Directions

  1. Drizzle olive oil on top of thawed flatbread crust.
  2. Spread the mashed potatoes over the oiled crust.
  3. Top mashed potatoes with cheese and chopped bacon.
  4. Carefully make 3 wells on the top of the pizza and pour a cracked egg into each well. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in Impinger Oven preheated to 450° for 5-7 minutes or until eggs are cooked with a runny yolk.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with green onions.
  7. Slice into 8 pieces and serve immediately.

Tips

  • Bake in 450° Convection Oven for 14-15 min or until eggs are cooked with runny yolk, but please note crust will not be as crispy in this oven type.
