Directions
- Drizzle olive oil on top of thawed flatbread crust.
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the oiled crust.
- Top mashed potatoes with cheese and chopped bacon.
- Carefully make 3 wells on the top of the pizza and pour a cracked egg into each well. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in Impinger Oven preheated to 450° for 5-7 minutes or until eggs are cooked with a runny yolk.
- Remove from oven and garnish with green onions.
- Slice into 8 pieces and serve immediately.
Tips
- Bake in 450° Convection Oven for 14-15 min or until eggs are cooked with runny yolk, but please note crust will not be as crispy in this oven type.
