Directions
- Preheat deep fryer to 350˚F.
- Place hash browns in deep fryer. Cook about 90 seconds, stirring continuously with a tongs or other metal utensil to fry evenly to golden brown.
- Remove from fryer and place on paper towel.
- Seasoning with salt immediately after removed from fryer oil.
- Prepare salad by cutting iceberg lettuce into 4 equal wedge pieces and place on serving dish.
- Pour peppercorn dressing over top of lettuce.
- Top with blistered tomatoes, chopped onions, crumbled blue cheese, bacon, and hard cooked egg.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Add fried hash browns.
- Garnish with fresh cracked black pepper and serve.
