- If egg patty is frozen, lightly warm in microwave or oven to soften. *This prevents over-browning later.
- Build the sandwich: French toast slice, egg patty, cheese, ham, turkey, cheese and French toast slice. Press firmly so it holds together.
- In a skillet, heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook sandwich 3-4 minutes per side. Flip once, cooking until golden brown and cheese if fully melted.
- Before serving, dust with powder sugar, slice diagonally and serve with jam.
